Rolex turned Longines |
On Sunday it was time for the last International jumping competition - CSI5* of this year's Helsinki International Horse Show. We were sitting on the first row so most of the pictures might seem a bit funny. But here is just to get a bit of the feel at the areena.

Building up the tension and feeling. Ignore the Gigantti lounge sign. |
Austrian Robert Puck and Glock's Zaranza |
Swedish Malin Baryard-Johnsson and one-eyed H&M Tornesch 1042 |
How can you not adore and look up to (I actually literally look down at Malin cause I am so tall) Malin Baryard-Johnsson. She is a fantastic rider and makes jumping fences at the hight of 1.60 look like a walk in the park. She is also such a gentle and good rider and seems to work in perfect harmony with her horse.

Canadian Courtney Vince, Valetto JX |
Qatar, Sheik Ali bin Khaled Al Thani, Cantaro 32 |
Norwegian Stein Endresen, Cassiopeia 55 |
Stein Endresen was one of my absolute favourites during this year's show. I really liked his riding style and his horses seemed to enjoy themselves. He had a very soft and balanced riding style that I really enjoyed following throughout the competition.
Finnish Maiju Mallat, Armani the Gun CH |
Hungarian/Finnish Kaarlo Kovacs, Agropoint Cassius |
Swedish Angelica Augustsson, Mic Mac du Tillard |
Finnish Satu Liukkonen, Celestine |
Look at this beautiful horse. WOW! |
Price Giving Ceremony |
Suisse Martin Fuchs, Conte Della Caccia |
Rounding the day off with the price giving ceremony and some pictures of Malin Baryard and H&M Tornesch 1042.
